Head of Growth — Nordic
Lead our growth strategy across the Nordic markets. You will own acquisition, retention, and revenue growth — working closely with marketing, product, and leadership to scale Form & Mora's presence in Scandinavia and Finland.
- Define and execute the Nordic growth roadmap
- Own performance marketing, SEO, and conversion optimisation
- Build and manage a lean, high-performing local team
- Report directly to the founders with full P&L visibility
Partnership Manager — Europe
Build and nurture strategic partnerships across Europe — from interior designers and architects to lifestyle media and brand collaborators. You will be the face of Form & Mora in the European design community.
- Identify, pitch, and close partnership opportunities across key European markets
- Develop co-marketing and co-creation programmes with design studios and brands
- Manage ongoing partner relationships and performance
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to bring partnerships to life
Sales Manager — Hotels & Hospitality
Drive B2B sales into the global hospitality sector. You will develop relationships with hotel groups, interior procurement teams, and hospitality designers — positioning Form & Mora as the go-to design partner for premium hotel projects worldwide.
- Build and grow a pipeline of hotel and hospitality clients globally
- Lead end-to-end sales from outreach to contract and fulfilment coordination
- Develop tailored proposals and lookbooks for hospitality projects
- Represent Form & Mora at trade fairs and hospitality design events
